That’s why our small group personal training programme is designed to help you reach your goals no matter what your starting point is. Whether you are a complete beginner or are looking to take your progress further, our aim is to help you build your confidence with a training programme that is individualised for you.

Here’s how it works:

Personalised Assessment and Success Strategy: We start with a detailed assessment to understand your current fitness level and goals and come up with a strategy to start to achieve them.

Trial Membership: Find a routine that fits your life. Learn the fundamentals to create a foundation to build strength and fitness consistently, with guidance and support.

Individualised Small Group Personal  Training Plan: Based on the assessment, we ensure the training programme is tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Ongoing Support and Adjustments:
We provide continuous coaching and accountability to adjust your plan as needed to ensure you are always making progress.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No, you don't need to be fit before you start. Our programme is designed to be personalised, so whether you're a complete beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level. Our expert coaches will tailor the sessions to meet your individual needs and help you progress safely and effectively.

 

What equipment do I need to bring?

We provide all the necessary equipment for your training sessions. All you need to bring is comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a positive attitude. We’ll take care of the rest!

I have a special dietary requirement.

We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs. Our flexible nutrition system is designed to accommodate various dietary requirements. Let us know about your specific needs, and we’ll work with you to create a nutrition plan that supports your fitness goals.

How long are training sessions?

Each training session lasts approximately 50 minutes with 10 minutes afterwards to talk about the session and tidy equipment away. Our sessions are designed to be efficient and effective, ensuring an effective training session from start to finish.

What time are training sessions?

We offer a variety of session times to accommodate different schedules. Early morning and late afternoon/evening sessions are available. Please check our current schedule for specific times, or contact us directly to find a time that works best for you. We are focused on creating an accessible timetable for all and to accommodate more flexibility in our schedule, so keep an eye on any additional sessions we may add in the future.
